Surf Spots: Trestles
Trestles is the best wave in Orange County, California. The waves offer crisp lines and allow you to ride to the best of your ability. There is no “more rip-able” wave in the USA. Many sirfers refer to it as a skate park. Trestles is a dependable and fun A-frame wave. The waves break over a sand and cobblestone bottom. Lower trestles offers a left that offers a “bowly” section with plenty of boostable sections. The right offers a long “point like section” which is great for long floaters and cut-backs. Beware that the spot is crowded and there is a drop in on every wave.
