Surf Spot: Hossegor, France

Hossegor becoame popular in 1970 The major breaks are named after the local town of hossegor. A deep trench off shore funnels the swell directly to these ponding beach breaks. The shallow water unloads sand spit barrels yards from shore. Wave hieghts canreach up to 15 feet so make sure you bring some extra boards. In france the tide swings can be up to 14 feet in either direction.
