This is especially rewarding to take square blocks of balsa, and a log of redwood and saw them to size, chamber them, glue them together, then shape it into a surfboard worthy of hanging on a wall.

Time-line to Get a CustomBoard: 4-10 weeks depending on season and blank availability

Shaping Process: Computer Aided Design (CAD) and sent to the Computer Numerical Control for pre shaping. This assures
much more accuracy than by hand, plus makes duplication far easier. Also, current soft wear allows adjustments made simple in every area of the board. Thickness, foil, rocker, outline, rail shape, or anything else can be adjusted in minute to large increments with the click of a mouse.

Interesting Fact: Celebrating 50 years of making surfboards. Unlike almost every other pre 60’s surfboard maker (and I can glass as well as shape) I never stopped making surfboards.
