With less than a week before the Quiksilver Pro gets underway, surfing's finest are putting in long hours getting ready for the first ASP World Tour Event of the year. With $425,000 of prize money and priceless points on the line, the competition is sure to be fierce.
I was surfing with my friend Jon yesterday and we were talking about how this is one of our favorite events and a great way to start the 2012 tour. Snapper Rocks is a really consistent wave and offers up some fun little waves for the surfers to potentially score some big rides.
The Quiksilver Pro 2012 gets underway February 25th and you aren't gonna want to miss it!
